SWEET Nora Turns 1

Nora turns 1! I photographed Rayni & Kevin Hannan's maternity photos over a year ago and got to meet sweet Yogi (who, if you remember took a poop during their photos and it was hilarious!) 😂 I then captured this sweet little one in the hospital for her fresh-48 session, her newborn photos in the studio, and now her 1 year photos. SHE IS THE SWEETEST THING! I am so happy that Yogi got to come to her session and participate at the end of her "donut smash". I can't wait to share some of their family photos here soon.

I'M SO EXCITED TO INTRODUCE my 2021 Senior Spokesmodel Team!
I am beyond excited to be working with these amazing senior girls. My Senior Spokesmodel Team each get their own custom 2 hour senior session, Meet & Greet Headshots, A Styled Shoot, and Cap and Gown photos in the spring. We had our Meet & Greet this past Sunday. All of the girls received headshots, we had food, played with the photo booth, jammed out to music, and tie-dyed shoes. I had so much fun getting to know the girls a little better and hang out with them all in the studio.

I had a blast at this BFF Session with Anastasia & her friends Ava, Brielle, Katie, Madison, and Meghan. It's hard to believe but I found this location within a minute from my house. This was definitely a UNIQUE yet AWESOME session with Heather Crabtree and her pretty girls! I loved getting to work with them for a second time now and learn their individual personalities. They all have their birthdays within a month of each other, so they wanted to share a cake smash together, which is SUCH A COOL IDEA! I love the one of all of the girls digging into mom's cake, I feel like that is probably the most realistic "mom life" photo! They celebrated their dad, Travis who passed away by bringing a photo of him and also getting him a cake with his name on it. Such a sweet way to celebrate his life with his daughters!

I have known McKenzie Meadows since kindergarten when she lived two doors down from me and we jumped on her bed listening to "I'm Blue" on MTV and rode together to Mrs. Gobble's glass at Grissom. I moved to Selma in first grade and then met Caine Orme and have known him ever since. Never would I have imagined these two would find each other, but they are amazing together! McKenzie has taken in little Layla and loves her like her own. I am so happy for this adorable little family and I had a blast capturing their photos in the freezing snow! Thanks guys for being crazy with me and braving the snow! Whitetail Tree Farm is extra gorgeous in the winter with all of this snow!

Marc lost a bet to his girlfriend, his girlfriend Mallory came up with a great idea, she then tweeted this idea and a mutual friend tagged me, I of course said yes let’s do this, Marc and Boots were equally unhappy with the photo shoot, oh and did I mention Marc is allergic to cats!? His parents are in for a lot of adventures, bruised knees, ripped pants, and bandaids raising this little boy.
He loved climbing on all of the props, standing on the rocking chair, and getting cake all over himself. He is such an adorable and sweet little boy and I loved working with him and his family to capture his 1 year photos in the studio.

SO if you’re in muncie, you know Tuesday evening was a BAD storm. But, Sydney Norris had her hair done and we were determined to get Hayden Woodard & her engagement photos done that evening. So we headed out to the reservoir and braved the POURING RAIN and heavy winds. 😂 She said she wanted different and unique photos and I think we accomplished that! She was absolutely gorgeous even in the pouring rain, the two of them were soooo cuddly and stinking adorable. I CAN NOT WAIT TO CAPTURE THEIR WEDDING NEXT APRIL... IN FLORIDA!

Titus Needs a Loving Home

TITUS is a sweetheart who needs a good loving home! He is so gentle, loving, cuddly, playful, and well mannered! I got to spend a couple hours with him yesterday driving to and from the studio and capturing some adorable shots of him. He listened so well and took the treats so gently, he loved pouncing around playing fetch and was so careful letting me take and throw the toy again! I would take him home in a heart beat after just spending a short amount of time with him, but needs to be the only dog in his home. I promise he will fill your heart with love and affection! Please help find Titus a home, he is currently at Wagglebottoms, where they have been fostering him for a while. Kellyn, Christian, & Finn (The Doggo): Mother's Day Minis

So when I was in preschool we passed the microphone around the stage at graduation and told the audience what we wanted to be when we grew up, I said "I want to be a veterinarian when I grow up!" Then nervously passed that mic to the next kid. I later on learned that veterinarians had to put animals down when they were sick or old, so I changed that dream real quick and just decided I would own all the dogs and cats I could. Now that I am doing my dream job, with several animals of my own, I get to photograph the cutest doggies ever, and it makes my heart so happy!
