Oh Lucy! This lifestyle newborn shoot was absolute perfection. I spent 2 hours in their home, getting to know this sweeeet family. They are literally the best parents already, with their baby educational toys, tummy time with dad, singing to their sweet baby girl and dancing in the kitchen. Dallas - 1 month old/Newborn Photos in The Studio

Dallas came into the studio a little late for newborn photos, but we still captured his 10 pounds of adorableness. His dad is in the army and originally from Texas (hence the name) and the cowboy boots. Dallas’ grandpa passed away the day that Dallas was born, his middle name was Walker and Dallas took on his grandpa’s middle name. Mom and dad brought his belt with his name. I love when parents bring such special items to include in photos. Dallas was 1 month old at his session and wise awake, so we went with the Moses basket and he loved stretching out and being in just his diaper. It is so funny how each babe is so different and some come and sleep the entire session while others would rather be looking around.

To be honest, I don't photograph a lot of babies between the age of newborn and 6 months old. BUT this session with Rhys, made me want to photograph all of the 4 month olds! Emersyn Mae Pittenger was born on December 15, 2018 at 1:50pm weighing 7lbs 11oz and measuring 21 1/2in long. I am so happy that I got to capture her mom and dad’s maternity photos before she was born, and then 2 weeks after she was born I got to capture sweet little Emersyn in my studio. She was wide awake for about an hour and a half, then fell asleep for about 30 minutes. She was absolutely adorable and so sweet during her session.
